Návštěva v Norsku
Ve dnech 12. – 13. října 2015 se v norském městě Lillestrøm konalo pravidelné jednání Výboru pro spolupráci programu CZ15 – Zefektivnění spolupráce v justici a rozvoj nápravných zařízení a služeb (dále jen CZ15). Za norskou stranu se jednání zúčastnili zástupci Ředitelství Norské nápravné služby. Za Českou republiku byli přítomni zástupci Ministerstva spravedlnosti, Vězeňské služby ČR, Probační a mediační služby ČR a Ministerstva financí. Přítomen byl také zástupce Rady Evropy – partner programu. Jednání Výboru pro spolupráci bylo věnováno především aktuálním otázkám souvisejícím s implementací Programu CZ15 a jednotlivým předem definovaným projektům. Byla také diskutována témata týkající se posílení bilaterální spolupráce na úrovni programu jako jednoho z podstatných aspektů EHP a Norských fondů, včetně projednání konkrétních bilaterálních iniciativ. Pro účastníky jednání byla druhý den zorganizována návštěva věznice v Oslu, která je nejstarší a zároveň největší věznicí v celém Norsku. Účastníci z ČR tak mohli získat praktickou zkušenost s norským systémem nápravné služby, který se v mnoha aspektech liší od systému v České republice, nicméně je z pohledu české vězeňské služby vnímán jako inspirativní.
PRAGUE 24. November (VS ČR) - Regular Cooperation Committee meeting of Programme CZ15 - "Effective Cooperation in Justice and the Development of Correctional Services" was held on 12 - 13 October 2015 in Lillestrøm, Norway (hereinafter referred to as CZ15). Norway was represented by the Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service. From the Czech Republic the meeting was attended by the representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the Prison Service, the Probation and Mediation Service and the Ministry of Finance. Representative of the Council of Europe was also present at the meeting – in the role of a programme partner.
Cooperation Committee meeting was devoted primarily to current issues related to the implementation of Programme CZ15 and individual predefined projects. There were also discussed issues focused on the strengthening of bilateral cooperation at the programme level as an essential aspect of the EEA and Norway grants, including the discussion of particular bilateral initiatives. Visit to the prison in Oslo was organized for the participants of the meeting on the second day. This prison is the oldest and largest prison in whole Norway. Participants from the Czech Republic were able to get practical experience with the Norwegian system of correctional services. This system is in many aspects different from the system in the Czech Republic, but from the perspective of the Czech Prison Service is perceived as inspiring.
